Eligibility Criteria of the Rhodes Scholarship
To be eligible for these scholarships, you must fulfill the following criteria:
Citizenship - Must be an Indian citizen (PIO/OCI not eligible); refugees/asylum seekers may apply.
Education - 4+ years of study in India in the last 10 years; completed school or UG degree in India.
Age - 18–24 years (or under 27 if UG degree completed on/after Oct 1, 2021).
Academics - Must meet Oxford course entry criteria; First Class Honors preferred.
Fulfill any additional program-specific criteria (e.g., work experience).
Some programs may prioritize applicants from specific regions or backgrounds.
Application Process for the Rhodes Scholarship
Apply online from early June to early August.
Submit all documents by the deadline (23:59 IST).
